Fjällräven is committed to maintaining our tradition of delivering practical, yet superior products that are designed for a lifetime of wear.

Fjällräven products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover every-day wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.  Fjällräven warranty is only applicable to the original purchasers who have proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Only available for customers with a valid shipping address in North America.

If you have a warranty inquiry, please email us (warranties@tandemwestsales.com, CC gordon@tandemwestsales.com) and include the following details:

  • The style number/SKU, name, colour, and size

  • Photos showing the full product (front and back)

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the product care label

  • A copy of the customer’s receipt or invoice

  • Confirmation of whether a repair, replacement, or credit is being requested

Not Covered

Accidental damage also known as normal wear and tear due to the use of the product or damages caused by the user. The following variables are common issues that are not covered under the Fjällräven Limited Lifetime Warranty:

  • Rips, tears, cuts, holes ​

  • Stains, fading, discoloration, color bleeding​

  • Fabric pilling or fabric abrasion ​

  • Melted zippers or fabric​

  • Shrinkage​

  • Improper care due to waxing ​

  • Excessive sun exposure​

  • Faux Fur Trims (Not sold as a standalone product and we do not offer replacements)
