• 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects for regular products

• 2-year warranty on heated products

• 1-year warranty on heated accessories and batteries*

*Batteries for heated products naturally have a 1-year lifespan.

If you have a warranty inquiry, please email us (warranties@tandemwestsales.com, CC danielle@tandemwestsales.com) and include the following details:

• The style number/SKU, name, colour, and size

• Photos showing the full product (front and back)

• A clear photo of the issue

• A photo of the product care label (VPO number)

• A copy of the customer’s receipt or invoice

• Confirmation of whether a repair, replacement, or credit is being requested.
